The New Decision Management Associates

Coaching

Coaching is an on-going professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.

Do you have unmet goals in your business or personal life? Do you need a little assistance with focusing your goals and creating strategies to make them a reality? Are you willing to put real time and effort into that reality? If so, then coaching is for you.

While the basic practices of coaching are the same, there are as many types of coaching, as there are interests in the world. If you have a specific interest or goal, chances are there is a coach that can help you. Many coaches prefer to specialize. The New DMA provides coaching in a variety of areas: Mediator, Negotiation, Conflict, Communications, Law/Professional, and ADD. Each Coaching session is tailored to your specific needs.

That's the easy part. From the comfort of your home, office, car…anywhere you can safely be connected by telephone. Sessions may be held in groups or individually.
